SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE - A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) UP TO A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) FOR EACH 2007 NHRA POWERADE DRAG RACING SERIES WON BY PRO STOCK DRIVER KURT JOHNSON DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD (MAXIMUM OF 18 PRIZES): A trip for two (2) to the ACDelco Las Vegas NHRA Nationals in Las Vegas, NV from 10/25/07 "“ 10/28/07. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel to Las Vegas from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S., three (3) nights hotel accommodations, local ground transportation, two (2) tickets to the race, Sponsor-selected tours and activities and the chance to participate in the Grand Prize Event for the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of a trip is $2,500.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS used as display vehicle throughout 2007 ACDelco tour events (ARV $23,840). Grand Prize winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability. Winner must a have valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded is the actual display vehicle from selected 2006-2007 ACDelco tour events and will be delivered "as is" with limited mileage.
SIX THOUSAND FORTY (6,040) INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Two Hundred Forty (240) ACDelco Inflatable Chairs (ARV $35/each); Two Thousand Six Hundred (2,600) ACDelco Coolers (ARV $20/each); Two Thousand (2,000) ACDelco Footballs (ARV $15/each); One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) ACDelco Umbrellas (ARV $15/each). Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes $108,400.
