Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the U.S., 13 years of age and older. Employees of Payless ShoeSource, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, their promotional or marketing agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse) and persons living in the same household of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. Game is void in Canada, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.

There are two ways to play: 1) By entering a weekly sweepstakes drawing, and 2) by playing the instant-win game. You may enter one time per day during the Promotion Period. An entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or the organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address, or the natural person in whose name the online account was issued and to whom the services are billed. Potential winner may be requested to provide Payless® with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry or instant-win prize. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry per day by using different or multiple email addresses, identities, log ins, self-referrals, automatic entry software or any other method is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address used to enter will be determined to be the entrant.

1.) Weekly Sweepstakes: Visit the Game entry page at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and provide the required entry information. Each week represents a new sweepstakes drawing. Entries will not be cumulative. You may only win one time in the sweepstakes and only one sweepstakes prize. Once you submit the entry form, you will receive one entry into the drawing for that week. You will then be given the opportunity to refer a friend(s) to enter the sweepstakes. You will not receive any additional entries for referring a friend(s). If a friend you refer enters the sweepstakes from your referral email and is selected to win, you will win the same prize. If an individual is referred by more than one person and is selected to win, only the person who made the referral that was tied to the winning entry will win the matching prize. The prize awarded will be the prize designated for the week your friend entered (see Sweepstakes Dates/Prizes below). If you do not refer a friend and your entry is selected to win, you will win the prize for the week you entered and the referral prize will not be awarded. The drawings will be conducted by an independent agency, The Barrett Group, Inc. ("Administrator"), on or about the dates indicated below. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received for that week's drawing. Winner will be notified by email on or about the Friday of each week following the drawing date. If a potential winner and/or referred friend (if applicable) does not respond to the email notification within 5 business days or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner and/or the referred friend will be disqualified and an alternate winner(s) may be selected. Winners or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity (where legal). If the declaration is not returned within 7 business days of the date on the notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Only five (5) alternate entrants will be contacted to award a specific sweepstakes prize; afterwards, the prize will not be awarded.

Instant prizes must be claimed according to the instructions provided or the prize will be forfeited and not awarded. Prizes will be randomly distributed throughout the Promotion Period. Not every participant will receive a winning message. The odds of winning an instant prize are dependent upon the number of sweepstakes entrants who play the instant-win game.
