WHAT FITS ON A RITZ?” GAME OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW TO PLAY: Beginning June 15, 2004 through October 4, 2004, log on to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now], click on the icon to play the “What Fits On A Ritz?” Game and follow the on-screen instructions to enter a UPC code and play the game to see if you have won a prize. UPC codes required to play are available on any package of Ritz (16 oz.), or if you do not have a UPC code from a package, you may obtain one online. If you receive an instant win message online, you are the winner of that prize (subject to verification). Limit one play per login name/password or person per day.

2. PRIZE CLAIMS: If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. All prize claims are subject to verification. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor and affiliated companies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors. If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule 3, such prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rule 3.

3. PRIZES & MAXIMUM RETAIL VALUES (MRVs) & ODDS OF WINNING: (1 GRAND PRIZES: Dinner Party for 10 including a Personal Chef to prepare dinner for winner and 9 guests in winner’s home. All food, beverages (non-alcoholic) and dinnerware provided for the party. Maximum retail value is $1,000. Estimated odds: 1:55,556. Actual odds will depend on the number of visits to the website. Total value of all prizes is $18,000. The prizes are only as detailed above. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prizes. Dinner Party must take place by March 31, 2005, and is subject to local chef’s availability. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one prize per login name/password or person/household.

4. GENERAL RULES: Game open to residents of the United States, except employees of Kraft Foods North America, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, independent contractors, employees of prize suppliers, individuals engaged in the development/production/distribution of materials for the game, Website developers, persons living in the same households, whether related or not, and the families of each. This game is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations. Potential winners (and their parents/legal guardians, if winners are minors) will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release within 14 days from the date the documents are sent to the winners. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this game or by any human, or other error, which may occur in the distribution of prizes in this game. If, in the judges opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion (including use of robotic devices, software programming, or any means of entry other than individual keystrokes by the entrant), or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the game, the judges reserve the right to void suspect claims and/or terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect prize claims received as of the date of termination. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners’ names, addresses (city and state) and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Entrants (and their parents/legal guardians, if entrants are minors) agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Promotions.com, Inc., whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this promotion. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its agencies from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this game.

5. WAIVER: By entering this promotion, participant (and participant’s parent/legal guardian) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of pocket costs incurred to enter.
