1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The “Picture The Ultimate Vacation” Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 (Noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on Sunday, February 15, 2004 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on Wednesday, March 31, 2004.

Limit one game play per person/per unique code, with a maximum of 50 game plays permitted throughout the course of the promotion, regardless of entry method.

OFFLINE, NO-PURCHASE-NECESSARY, METHOD OF ENTRY: As an alternate means of entry into the Promotion, send a 3 inch x 5 inch card on which you have legibly printed your First and Last Name, Complete Address, City, State, ZIP code, Telephone Number and E-mail address (if applicable), place the card or paper in a #10 self addressed stamped envelope, and mail to: ”Sweeps”, P.O. The Quantity, Prize Description/Average Retail Value (ARV) of a specific prize in the Instant-Win Game are as follows: (20) Free Kodak Perfect Touch Processing for one year (to be distributed in the form of 12 coupons), ARV $120.00; (16) Hard Rock® Hotel t-shirt, ARV $18.00; (16) Universal Studios Theme ParksSM t-shirt, ARV $18.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of the Instant Win Prizes is $2,976.00.

PRIZES MAY BE SUBSTITUED BY THE INDEPENDENT JUDGES FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER ARV.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: (5) Grand Prizes: For each individual Instant-Win game play that is played (subject to Rule #3), you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing for the chance to win an Ultimate Entertainment Vacation for four (4) at your choice of Universal Orlando® Resort or Universal Studios HollywoodSM. Five (5) winners will be selected in an electronic randomized drawing from among all eligible entries received. Each grand prize is a 4 day, 3 night vacation package for four people at winner's choice of Universal Orlando® Resort or Universal Studios HollywoodSM .
