1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Game will begin on or about April 1, 2002 and is scheduled to end in-store April 30, 2003, at participating retail locations, or when product bottles displaying promotional materials are exhausted, whichever occurs first. To see if you have won, look inside specially-marked 15 oz. bottles of Finesse Shampoo and/or Conditioner at participating retail locations in the U.S., while supplies last. OR, TO ENTER WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE, clearly hand-print your name, complete address including ZIP CODE, date of birth, daytime and evening phone number on a 3 x 5 card, and mail to: Finesse Sapphire Game, P.O. Box 324, Lombard, IL 60148-0324. Mail entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2003 and received by May 7, 2003. Limit one (1) mail entry per postmarked outer mailing envelope. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced outer envelopes/entries are NOT allowed and will not be acknowledged. To enter by telephone, call 1.866.WIN.A.GEM. Complete the instructions by leaving your name, complete address, phone number and age. Entries that are inaudible or unintelligible will be disqualified. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for human or technical error in the transmission or receipt of phone entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER DAY VIA TELEPHONE.
