1. How to Enter: Between July 1, 2002, 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), and October 15, 2002, 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"), play the Nabisco Instant Win Game (the "Game") by accessing the website at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and following the directions to enter the Game. When online, you will be asked to complete an entry form and include the code located inside specially marked packages of 13.5 oz Kraft Cheese Nips Cheddar (SKU#44000 04786), 12.5 oz Kraft Cheese Nips White Cheddar (SKU#44000 00286), 12.5 oz Kraft Cheese Nips Reduced Fat (SKU#44000 00180), 18.0 oz Mini Oreo Multi Pack (SKU#44000 88012), 18.0 oz Ritz Bits Cheese Sandwiches-Multi Pack (SKU#44000 8895, 18.0 oz Ritz Bits Peanut Butter Sandwiches-Multi Pack (SKU#44000 88979), 15.0 oz Ritz Bits Smores Sandwiches-Multi Pack (SKU#44000 88217), 24.0 oz Oreo Multi Pack (SKU#44000 08842) and 18.0 oz Mini Chips Ahoy! Multi Pack (SKU#44000 08869) available through September 15, 2002 (or while supplies last). A code may only be used once for one entry. Once your entry is submitted, you will immediately be advised if you are an instant winner, subject to verification and the terms of these Official Rules. TO OBTAIN A FREE CODE WITHOUT PURCHASE, on a 3x5 card print your full name, complete address, date of birth and e-mail address (if any), affix proper postage, and mail to: Nabisco Instant Win Game Request, P.O. Box 417, Pine Brook, NJ 07058. All eligible requests will be responded to via e-mail, at the address provided, with a code within 72 hours of our receipt (if no e-mail address was provided on the request, such code will be mailed to the address provided within 15 days). All mail-in requests must be legibly hand printed (not typed), received by October 15, 2002, and may not be mechanically reproduced. You may request as many codes as you wish, but limit one request per stamped outer envelope.
If you receive an instant winner message, you will receive instructions on how to claim your prize. If you do not receive a winning message, you are not a winner. All eligible, non-winning entries will automatically be entered into a Second Chance drawing of any unclaimed prizes. Automated entries, or entries that have been tampered with or altered will result in disqualification. All entry information submitted becomes the property of Kraft Foods North America, Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.



2. Eligibility:Game open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years or older as of July 1, 2002. Game void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Employees of Kraft Foods North America, Inc., Trymark Consulting Group LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, representatives and agents, and the immediate families (spouse, children, parents and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate or win a prize.



3. Prize Details: A total of Four Hundred and Forty Four (444) Prizes (1 Weekly Grand Prize in each of 16 weeks, 2 Daily First Prizes in each of 107 days, 2 Daily Second Prizes in each of 107 days) will be awarded. Grand Prize: (16) RCA RD2800 Lyra-HD 10GB Jukebox (ARV $399.99), 1st Prize: (214) RCA RD1060 K@zoo! MP3 player w/ 64 MB memory (ARV $129.99), 2nd Prize: (214) RCA RP-2450 Personal CD player w/ mp3 playback (ARV $99.99). Total ARV of all prizes: $55,615.56. Federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Limit one prize per person or household. No cash equivalents or substitutions permitted except at Sponsor's option for a prize of comparable or greater value due to prize unavailability or other circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor.



4. The Awarding of Prizes: For purposes of these rules, the weekly Grand Prize period begins at 12:01AM on a Monday and ends at 11:59PM each Sunday, for 16 weeks. The daily prize period begins at 12:01AM and ends the same day at 11:59PM. All times are Eastern. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within (14) days of issuance or prize may be forfeited and awarded to a winner in the Second Chance drawing. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a Second Chance drawing will be conducted by Trymark Consulting Group, LLC on or about November 15, 2002 from among all eligible, non-winning entries played during the Entry Period. ODDS: Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable day or week period. Odds of winning the Second Chance drawing are based upon the number of unclaimed prizes and the number of eligible, non-winning entries received.
