Can someone give me their opinion on the best place on the internet to buy low-carb or sugar free items? Going through my induction and trying to take advantage of any deals I can get!

Here's some sites for ordering online - I've had good luck with all of these. Also, you may want to call around to your local health food or nutrition stores - many of them now carry low carb food supplies such as Pro-Slim Pasta, Keto brand products, Jok-n-Al sauces, etc. You can feel free to email me with any questions also... Here's a good place to start - this page has all sorts of low carb product ratings: [Only registered and activated users can see links. I did have a few of these sites but thanks for the others. It's like you can never have too much support or information when dieting! Thanks a bunch!

Another great place to shop is ebay - do searches for low carb, lo carb, Atkins, Keto, etc... I've gotten some great deals on ebay with low carb product closeouts, discontinued items, etc... Kath

Yes...you can find good deals on ebay! However, with products like these, you never know the expiration dates of the products...Often people trying to "dump" their old stuff : p Careful! And, find out that info first, if you can! |

Wal-Mart has a pretty good selection of carb control bars, which I like to eat for breakfast and lunch. They have Atkins, EAS Advant-Edge and Carbsolutions. These are all around $1.50 to $1.99 each and take all the guesswork out of what to eat, plus you don't have to pay shipping. They also have low carb candy bars by Carbolite (<1 gram carbs.) and EAS low carb shakes. I am just really burned out on meat and salad!!!!
