the pinecone ads suddenly appear & disappear on lotsa different sites. the only way i know of is to keep an eye out for posts saying that someone saw the ad (normally, someone just happens to be at a site when "it" pops up) & sign up immediately.
btw, don't know if you do american consumer, but they're pretty good too. pre-qual screeens get you entered into contests <yawn
