Best deal on mountain bikes???

Okay, I know it's not the typical online purchase, but hubby wants one for Father's Day, and I know pretty much the size, type, features, etc., and am hoping I might come across something online before I buy from an expensive local shop. Any suggestions? Input is always greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!

While I do not know much about mountain bikes, I understand that thet are very expensive.

They have free shipping, & there are usually overstock coupons around somewhere.

The only thing is if your going to spend that much on a bike, perhaps a store close by is the way to go, on the chance there is something wrong with it.
