Flowers for friend with Breast Cancer:(

I just found out that one of my dearest friends is having surgery for breast cancer tomorrow. She is in a different state and I so want to send flowers but need to find one I can afford....... I hate to say that but I want her to have something pretty in her room when she comes out of surgery since I can not be there tomorrow. Can anyone help? Do you know of a good site for flowers?

IMO, all of those sites are way too expensive, even with a code. Go to Yahoo.com yellow pages and enter the city that the hospital is in and search for florists. They will gladly accept a credit card order over the phone and deliver it to your friend right away. You can tell them exactly what you want, give them a dollar amount (you can ususally get something colorful and gorgeous for about $20-my suggestion is a dish garden with some fresh flowers that she can take home with her and enjoy). I do this all the time, and it takes a little extra effort, but the local florist appreciates the business and will go the extra mile for you.
