| Need help from Eddie Bauer experts
I need some advice on the best way to order a very expensive bedding set from there. We're talking probably in the $500 range. The best code I could find was on Milesource for 20% off total order and so I put it in to see what would happen and it only took 10% off and still charged shipping. I'm trying to see how low I can get this down to before I can talk myself either in or out of doing this. Any suggestions? Thanks! |

| [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or

another idea but lots more work: 1) sign up at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] 2) link to **********.com and buy a single gc for the amount you're going to spend (you'll earn 25 points per $1 spent) (no extra fee to pay) 3) wait for it to arrive (how long depends on whether you chose electronic or paper gc) 4) go back to eddiebaer.com via goldpoints again and buy your bedding, checkout with the above Holiday20 code, and pay with your gc (eddie bauer gc's cannot be stacked online i believe - might work for phone in - but definitely can stack in B&M). I like to use goldpoints because they typically credit you for the amount before the gc's, coupons, etc. (although this is NOT ALWAYS the case). If you spend say $500 in bedding you might be able to get: $400 X 25 points per $1 = 10,000 points, plus $500 X 25 points per $1 = 12,500 points. total 22,500 points. Can redeem at TGIF's for: Appetizer/Dessert (up to $8 value) 1,250 $15 Dining Certificate 5,750 $30 Dining Certificate 11,000 $50 Friday's Merchandise Certificate 19,000 $100 Friday's Merchandise Certificate 37,000 But as I said your mileage may vary. Cash back is also good too as the above poster mentioned. If you REALLY want to maxamize your rewards: 1) go to goldpoints and click over to hallmark.com (40 points per $1 spent) 2) buy e-cards which you can attach e-certs with (there is a fee $.95 or $2.95 per gc I believe and there may be a limit to how much you can put per gc) so you will have to fork out some extra money. Might be better to order b&m gc's for eddie bauer if you can't get a $400 or $500 one in one swoop. 3) depending on what value gc you can buy from hallmark, you may need to take your gc's to b&m and combine them for one large gc. 4) then take this large gc and go back to goldpoints/eddie bauer and place your order as above. $400 x 40 points per $1 = 16,000 + same 12,500 points above = 28,500 points. Again, lots of IFs, ANDS, and BUT's. lol.
