Need JC Penney free shipping (or other) code

I need to find a free shipping code (or percentage off) for JC Penney. I have tried WELFS9 and WELNS and neither worked. I am making a purchase of a sale item that is $24.99 and the shipping cost will be $13!!!

Is Welem11 the same code that was around in december? I got the Pokemon deal and was wondering if this was the code I used? If you know please help!

I think it was, but I can't find that thread. I bought the gameboy games, too. Is that what you meant? Are you thinking it was one use per customer?

I don't know if welem11 is a one use code and I don't want to take the chance since I want to order a christmas tree......
