Where is the As Advertised link on Amazon.com?

The link was always there on the front page of their site, and now I can't find it... been this way for over a week. Is it permanently gone or perhaps the person in charge of organizing this part of the site is on vacation?

I like to choose gifts from the 'free shipping' areas, of which As Advertised is one of.
