Did you try typing your code in rather than copy and paste? Are you putting it in the Egift cert box? Hope one of these ideas might help you use the code you have. I heard the free shipping is over tonight at midnight...?

are you typing on the whole thing? The part that says, PROMO_ is also part of the code.
