A company called "collections" $14.98

I'm new to this forum, and I love reading all of your posts..but this is my first time stepping into the water so to speak....and already I need some big time help.....I am looking for a company, called "Collections" or possibly "Home Collections" who has a catalog (home decor, country decorations, etc) that sells everything for $14.98.....I've looked everywhere and can't find them.....I threw out their catalog last month, and now I would like to order from them...a phone number. or an address (email or otherwise) would be most appreciative......TIA for anyones help Roey6
