Deferred billing offers: You can use an expired card by adjusting the date, or a zero balance card usually on deferred billing offers, they will not run a check until after the 3 months expire, and at which point they will send you a bill for the amount due. Sometimes they will require that they charge your card 1 dollar to ensure your account is active! This works on homevisions, yvesrocher(charges a dollar), companystore, speigel, etc... Good Luck!

One I was very suprised to not see mentioned is Columbia House DVD club. I had 3 accounts with them because of the holidays. They start with 5 dvds for 49 cents each. They start with free shipping, have very few obligations as a member and offer great deals. BMG music club as well as most book clubs require NO credit check. AnyONE can join. These are the ONLY websites that I have been able to use without any credit.

Darth, I don't think anyone sells vehcicles that way, Though you can usually find cheap used ones in your area on eBay, I almost got a mercedes (92) on there for under $2000 total, but the bid went $100 over what I said I'd bid up to. Stuff like that I don't bid any higher than my original amount. But its worth a shot. Try craiglist.org too sometimes you can find a cheap decent one through there. Good Luck
