Yes, that's true; I've worked in more than one store (and they all took layaways), that would "all" do extensions if you came in and talked to them. Stores don't want to lose your business either, so they're usually very good about extending a layaway if you need more time--everyplace I've worked in that did layaways, would help as much as possible. vikingop.com it is an office products place but if you apply for their credit they will give it to you and you get your stuff within a couple of days.

Hi, Does it have to be an online site? Cuz if it doesn't, you can "all" use your local stores layaway, they don't check anything, the payments aren't much and you can pick it up in a month or so, if you need more time, then they'll usually give it to you. Would that work? Kat

I went to Ltdcommodities.com and abcdistrubiting.com I made up a company name like everyone said to do, and they sent me tons of cards with the items I ordered on them, and they will not let me buy now and pay later, they want the $$ up front. how did any of you do it without paying anything up front? I've been searching for these types of sites for the past week or so. Unfortunately, there aren't very many like that anymore, and a large chunck of the ones that are require good credit. And the ones that don't are just in general very very difficult to find. LTD and ABC are nothing new, as they've already been talked about in this thread a number of times. However, I didn't see BMG rise in discussion. I'm sure most of you have heard of it...When you sign up, you get 7 free CD's to start, they send you your order which generally takes 2-3 weeks, then after you pay them for shipping and handling, you are free to order from their site. They have a plethora of things, not just music. In fact, I'm doing a large chunk of my Christmas shopping from there this year. I've done business with them for years, and in my experience they've been great. I'd highly recommend it to anyone, especially during the Christmas season when it can be hard to stretch your money. Edit: Found another site, this one is for magazine subscriptions. They have some great prices! They also offer the option to buy them for a gift! Check them out! Hello, I have looked over this site for sometime, but newly registered. I found this thread interesting, I am looking for sites that my have easier credit terms than usual, sites that are not looking for perfect credit. Not really buy now pay later.
