if you don`t pay the bill for abc and ltd they send an invoice every couple of weeks but all i do is change names everytime i order

I HAVE TRIED 2 TIMES TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH LTDCOMMODITIES AND BOTH TIMES THEY ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG OR IS THIS SOMETHING THEY JUST STARTED?
