What's the best deal for generic inkjet cartridges?

I've tried extracartridges.com but had too many problems with defective cartridges. I know there are several other places that sell extremely cheap generic cartridges, but I'm somewhat leary now.

Who has had success with these and from whom? I have an Epson 660 printer and am getting tired of paying $18-20 at Sam's Club for the genuaine Epson.
