I need a good web host.

I need a good web host that allows all of the following:

HTML, JavaScript, PERL, ASP, unlimmited MySQL, SSI, CSS, CSI, FTP access, my own domain name (I already have one -- [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]), GREAT uptime (WebSamba seems perfect, it's free, great, but half the services are down most of the time), access to raw log files, my own cgi-bin... and maybe some other stuff I'm not thinking of right now.

Any ideas??

We resell for them ('cause some of my web clients like to deal with the same person for design and hosting)....but if you go directly to them, you'll get a lower price (since we have to markup a bit).

We've been with them for 3 years, and I think we've been down twice with prior notice (both times for less than 3-4 hours), and maybe once or twice with no notice for a shorter period.

If you do decide to go with them (after shopping around a bit, of course, if you could use the above link, it would be greatly appreciated - we get a small stipend for referrals, but those small amounts can add up eventually!)
