I honestly do not know which one is the best BFL gives you 500 points o sign up and 1 point per $ spent. You can redeem $10 for cash at 1000 points. I use clickrewards since you can transfer into FF miles programs which could help you reach a total number of miles. I do not know of any incentive to sign up for clickrewards for the first time
