| I'm thinking of trying out the reflect.com site and getting some products. My only fear is that I am REALLY difficult to find a foundation shade that I actually like and can use (lots of money spent on colors I use once and then use as "blenders" for all the other mistakes). They say they will recustomize if you aren't satified - just wondering if anyone has any good or bad experience with that process (the recustomization). Thanks

 They are so nice about recustomizing! They will keep working with you until you get it right. I love their powder compact makeup! It is so nice and smooth and perfect for summer (for me) They have the BEST customer service by email and on the phone. Do not worry you wont have a hassle if your color isnt quite right. |

| FreebieHunter ~ You don't have to worry a bit! They are wonderful about helping you get the right shade. If the first one isn't right, then they send you and e-mail with LOTS of questions about shade, tone, etc., and then they reformulate it according to your answers. My reformulated shade was PERFECT. |
