Need Long Distance Carrier, best deal?

MCI is charging a monthly fee plus .07 per minute. I seek a better deal, like the .05 deal, plus an incentive check or GC.... any ideas?

I know that a lot of folks are down on Sprint but I have had them for 8 years and have never had any trouble. I pay a $3.95 monthly charge and pay five cents a minute in and out of state 24/7. I had a free hour of calls for the first six months of this deal and I KNOW some folks also got a $25 incentive to switch to them. BUT this was 9 months ago. However there are always deals going, so CALL SPRINT(different phone numbers for different areas so check it out)and find out what they can do for you.

I recently looked at long distance carriers and found that a company called Unitel looked pretty good. The billing increments are 6 seconds and the rate is 4.5 cents a minute for interstate calls. There is a $2 monthly fee if you do not have $15 worth of calls; if you do have $15 or more, the monthly fee is waived. I signed up with AT&T a couple of months ago. They have 5 cent weekends and 9 cent nights. Also if you veiw your bill online. they are giving away gift certificates to amazon.com for signing up. If you decide to use them email me I'll send you a email referal thing they sent me. There is no monthly fee.

I signed up with Unitel about 8 months ago and I'm very happy with them! I'm paying 4.9 cents a minute and I think my highest bill was a little over $5.00.

2.9 cents/minute, NO FEES, and you do NOT have to switch carriers.

my brother uses it and hasn't had a problem. there aren't any "freebies," but you save a LOT of $$$.
