Need an airline deal from San Jose to San Diego

Would it be possible to fly from San Jose to San Diego in September for under $100? When I lived in Southern California I remember there were tons of great deals but I am not finding any. What airline would have the best prices? I went through travelocity and expedia and could not find anything less than $130. Thank you for your suggestions.

you can do one of two things ...

sales will abound this summer, so you may have better luck waiting a few weeks and keeping your eyes open. but as for right now, the above options are your best bet if you are anxious to get tickets.
