| I'm looking for packages of greeting or note cards that would be appropriate for kids. They'll be sent to terminally ill children so "thinking of you" cards would be nice but not "get well soon". I want to send them to as many kids as possible so to do this I want cards for 75 cents each or under. If anybody can help I'd really appreciate it. I've been looking everywhere. Thanks.

| If you contact the actual company, I believe many would give you discounts. I volunteered with an organization for children with cancer for 14 years, until I moved away 5 years ago. I got deals from Hallmark, American greeting and current. Current helped me back then by selling me the soon to be discontinued stuff. [Only registered and activated users can see links. | your welcome. I was thinking of another thing.... About 10 years ago, I had a client who placed cards in all of the store.... (Kroger, the mall , etc.) When she would replace cards for the newest ones, she was told to destroy all of the old ones. I am not sure if they still do this or not. You could ask the stores for the suppliers name and contact them. Also the direct customer service at American Greetings, Hallmark, etc... may give you the discontinued ones or sell them very cheap if you tell them the situation. It would be a great tax write off for their company. (Never hurts to ask.) |
