Do you have an idea on what you want? You can get the Olympus 460 (I'm pretty sure that's it) for under $300. I got the 360, which is great, but has no zoom. Got it a few months ago for more than the one with zoom now costs. There are several good online sites that have good deals, but I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for.

| Review Site [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or

I have the 360 and am very happy with it. Great battery life and quality of pictures is excellent. But I take a lot of pictures at the kids' sporting events and I really should have gotten a zoom. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] will show you where you can purchase the camera online and for what price. They also rate the vendors. I'd pay a little more money and go with a good vendor rather than take my chances with one I'm not sure about. You can also purchase these cameras at Wal-Mart, Target, etc., but you will pay more. Walmart sells the 460 for about $350. Good luck! |

Yeah, I really suggest you do your reseach first. You can get a nice camera in the 300 dollar range, so dont worry about that. Olympus has some good cameras. When you figure out which one you want, You should check out photoalley.com. Be sure to shop through ebates though, ebates gives a 10% rebate and free shipping for stuff over 100 bucks. Also, check out zdnet.com for reviews as well.... hope this helps |

I have the Fuji Finepix 1400 Zoom and I love it. It can be found under $300. If you do need a zoom, make sure the camera has an opticlal zoom not a digital zoom. You lose too much quality with a digital zoom. Mine has a 3x optical zoom and it's great. Here are some digital camera review sites: [Only registered and activated users can see links. The Kodak DX3500 is EXCELLENT and is ~ $299. It has 2.2 megapixels and you can get a Docking Station for $79 that makes it real easy to upload the pics. Amazon has good reviews of the digital cameras. Here is some info on the DX3500! We got it and it is easy to use and fun! Last edited by dejavu; 06-04-2001 at 07:04 PM. |

the Heward Packad 315 is great. It was 299.00 at Office Depot. If you buy the HP Photosmart printer (299)you get 100 off. You just stick the memory card in the printer and print your pictures.

go to the library and get consumer reports for the last 12 months. look up what they say. then do a shopping search on internet and look for rebates. At one point with rebates you could get the polaroid 1100 at tigerdirect.com for 79 plus shipping (after rebate)

I bought my HP315 at Cosco for about 300 dollars. You can go to the HP web site and view the stats on the camera. ![]() [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]
