What kind of discount are you looking for? Looking for any room or something on the strip or downtown? There is something called Terrible's Hotel (I haven't been to vegas in ages) that people are bidding on Priceline for $5+AMEX bonus (then add on tax and PL processing fee of $5.95) for about $12 a night, $29.95 for 4 nights, etc. PL rates it as a 2*.
