OK, one at a time:
You can put all GC's into your Amazon account, but not promos -
You can combine GC's and add one promo, but no more than one promo...yes, you do not have to use all your account balance, each time you make a separate purchase you should be able to use another promo GC!!
The vividence GC should not be a promo - you should be able to add it directly to your Amazon account -
