35mm Zoom camera with no red-eye?

My SIL is looking for a good 35mm zoom camera that does a good job of reducing red-eye. She tried a samsung and had to send it back. Anyone with experience with a good model, please let me know. ( $125-$175 range ) Thanks.

i used to have this camera and it was nice:

it's $148.99 at target, the cheapest i could find was $119.99 at 1 stop camera, normally 149.99
