What banks have Free ATMs?

Hi, this is my first post here, so I hope this is the right place for this question . . .

I recently got the doughnet.com ATM card in the mail and wanted to withdraw the cash, but I'm not sure which banks offer free ATMs - you know like if I go to Wells Fargo, they charge an additional $1.50? So, does anyone know? Are Washington Mutual ATMs free to use?

Washington Mutual ATM's are surcharge free. The only charge is if your bank charges you for using an ATM from a different bank.

IF you have WAWA's in your area, they don't charge a fee.
