| I'm not sure what kind you are looking for or the price range. There are many great ones out there. I researched these for over a year before I bought one.(For me and my needs the Sony Mavica was the best choice.) I had it a year, sold it to my sister-in-law and upgraded in September to one with more bells and whistles. They are great cameras and I have very few complaints. I would be happy to tell you the pluses and minuses of my "learning experences" if you want to e-mail me. I am not sure that any of that will help you tho. lol. | I bought the Fuji Finepix 1400 after months of research and I love it! I think for that price range, it has the most to offer. You can get it for around $250 I think. Here are some websites to read reviews: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or

| I would suggest if you want to print out the photos and get good quality up to an 8x10 size, you get at least a 2.1 mega pixel camera. I also ended up getting a sony mavica, they are nice in the sense that you dont have to buy the memory stick and extra adapter, you can use floppy disks and be done in one step, if you want something really nice and excellent quality they have the one with the cdr (that is the one I got) that holds up to 180 pictures on the cd at high quality,at lesser quality it will hold up to 1000 pictures per disc. and you just pop in the cd in your computer after recording photos and read it immediately. I did some major reading and this model seemed the best for me and most of the higher end cameras were going to cost about the same in the end, by adding memory cards and adapters and floppy discs so I chose this one, it is excellent on the quality and features! Good Luck on getting your camera! you can go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and there is some good information there.
