Help!!!!

I don't know if anyone can help me, but I am looking for Year 2000 1099-S tax forms. I work in a law office and we have to send out the forms every year and we usually order them from OfficeMax or Viking or somewhere, but nobody seems to have the 1099-S. They have to be the "S" forms for real estate sales. I have looked at OfficeMax, Staples, Viking, Quill, everywhere I can think of!! Does anyone know of any other places I can check to order these forms???? I have tried the IRS directly, I cannot get through to a breathing person to take my order, plus the other attorney's offices who have ordered them from IRS have not yet received them. They have to be out by Jan. 31! Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hi - I work for a law firm in CT. I usually get the forms from our title company, but I know that not all states use a title company. Try this:

you should be able to download and print a form there. You will also need the 1096 to submit them. I hate this time to year, but at least I don't have as many 1099 to send since they came out with the new laws. I have to do the real estate 1099 and I also do the payroll taxes and W-2's, I better get started.
