Please help me find a good deal for a blood pressure machine!

My husband has very high BP and he is pretty young (27) and so I am worried. My mother had high BP and she used to tell that she is always in a lot of pain and I hope and think that if I am ale to control DH's BP from now on, it will help in the future. Can you please help me find a good deal for a nice BP machine? I would probably go for the ones where you can check the BP in the wrist 'cos most of the machines do not fit his arm (he falls in the big and tall category!!). Your help is highly appreciated.
