15.4" 2gb RAM, 160gb HD laptop under $700?

I have a 15.4" 2gb RAM, 160gb hard drive wireless ready, Windows Vista Premium, AMD Turion, integrated web cam, blah blah blah on order for my son from Dell. The only problem is that they are having problems with the screens and the paint colors and keep bumping back the estimated delivery date.

Circuit City had an in-store Toshiba Satellite laptop with all the same features for $699 last week but my son wanted to wait for the ruby red color from Dell. But it looks like now he may never get it.

HELP! Does anyone know where I can get a similar one, brand isn't that important, color will probably end up being black anyway, webcam not so important, bluetooth not necessary. But he does need 2gb RAM to run Vista.
