I looked around, and I believe Budget is the best-I'll continue to look. Just make sure it is Unlimited Miles, also if your Canadian make sure no problem.

The base rate is $325.78
Total $403.71

I used the Walmart Code

That's less then $45 per day for a MiniVan...If you get someone decent maybe you can throw some other codes at them, and see if any better deals.

Mr. Bowler: thank you for taking the time to help me out. I have found a great deal with dollar. For the time we needed we got a base rate of $272.18 with taxes and fees $342.68us. We went on the basic dollar site put in the dates and it gave us a rate, just under the rate they posted in small print was click here for best rate and it discounted to $272.18 base rate. The discount code dollar provided was RWUW8. We did not put in any codes. Hope this works for someone else as well.

Looks like Thrifty or Dollar would be the best price-I assume you need a airport location? What's the best price you have found? Check out some of the earlier posts.
