Seeking Cell phone dealer

I'm currently looking for a new cell phone plan, and being that I am on the phone a ton, I decided it's worth it to look into before I pick a new plan. A friend of mine recommended a certain "Master dealer". I called this guy up and he does have really sweet deals. My problem is that I've never heard of a Master Dealer before, is this guy for real? Is there really such a thing as a "Master Dealer"?

Thats what I thought at first, but this guy has really really amazing deals (nights start at 6 PM!) and he claims to be an authorized sprint master dealer. He said that I dont even give him my credit card to sign up. I get charged directly by the company. I just have never heard of a master dealer.

I think that Sprint/Nextel offers Nights at 7pm. Plus I think they also, or at least some of their plans, allow for FREE incoming calls?

Thanks for the replies Jennifer and Waddadeal. I decided to sign up. I gave no credit card so he can't even charge me if he tried. I will pay $55 for 2 lines with 1000 minutes, 500 texts per line per month, free internet, free nights and weekends starting at 6PM!!First month is free and activation fees were waived, got a A900M Samsung for free and the treo 700wx for only $200. I think I got a steal!

ive never heard of this master dealer. i would stick with someone you know is for real. but in a few days a new site is coming out where you can get very good deals from the top phone retailer. i have seen these deals and they are huge.example i found a new blackberry storm from att for free with 2 yearr contract.
