How could my friend get compubank initial sign-in bonus signing through cybergold ( $30 ) also if he goes through cybergold to get $30..how would i get my referal bonus ( $40)

is there a way to get both ..i mean can someone go through referal link and also able to earn cybergold $30 bonus..
