How long have you had your current rate plan - you might be eligible to upgrade to a new phone. I just upgraded mine on Cingular and got 2 new phones - nothing fancy but they work and are easier to use than my old ones - and of course they were FREE.

First off what type of phone do you have and who is service provider? I may be able to help. i know lots about cellphones and where to get without contract.
