Buzz Lightyear Night Control

My 3yo son has fallen into the flash and flair that is Buzz Lightyear! I've only been able to find the Night Control Buzz, which is similiar to what he wants, (talking,with lights and such), at Walmart for 37.99. Aside from getting the $10 off 50 gift certificate deal, has anyone seen him for a good deal elsewhere?

Are you sure it is the "Night" Control or the "Flight" Control Buzz? The Night Control Buzz is very rare and I paid quite a bit of money for it maybe 5 or 6 years ago on ebay. I have both of them. Let me know what you are willing to give for it.
