OMG I am so frustrated I could scream! I am looking to purchase MCI or CellEase Prepaid Cellular Phone Cards online at any site other than MCI or CellEase. I was told that they sell them at Target, ACE Hardware and KMart...few others too but, I don't see the cards offered for purchase online at any of these. I want to find them to purchase online and hopefully be able to save some $$ with a discount, coupon, etc. but, I am having such a hard time finding the cards. PLEASE HELP?! I have wasted too much time as it is and really could use some scoop on how to find these buggers. ALL replys would be MOST appreciated and, I will even consider giving away a coupon for your help. THANKS A BUNCH! ------------------ When the going gets tough...the wierd turn pro!!! [This message has been edited by PretendHer (edited 12-01-2000).] |

They sell them in the electronic's section of Kmart's physical stores (not internet). MCI version. You generally buy them with your phone. Some phones come with a card automatically in the box. After you've bought one, you can recharge the same one with your credit card, or just buy a new one. Fees are generally $1/minute. No phone taxes are paid. Minutes expire after 60 days. I have the phone, but never bought the card. 911 can still be called. You can also call 611 and speak with an operator. Generally then you can use the phone with your credit card to make a call. This is the ideal, if all you are using it for is an emergency.

Thanks for the reply...I get all that...what I'm trying to do is locate the cards online. Particularly at a site that I can use coupons/discounts on. That way, I can save on the card purchase itself. Appreciate the response. ------------------ When the going gets tough...the wierd turn pro!!! |
