I placed an order with kbkids for the leap pad but it didn't go through i called them and they said SORRY, well can anyone please please help me???????

I think I would call them back...sounds like you might have talked to a snippy customer service rep. I would talk to a supervisor if you had too. Especially if you really wanted the toy. And I would have reported the CS rep if they were not being very helpful or friendly...the season if fixing to get busier, so they had better put on their smiley faces. I would call..hope this helped.
