UBid: did you do the May/June $20 off First purchase thing?

I did the UBid "$20 back on first auction win" promo in June, 2000. I'm pretty SURE, I timed my win to be within the promo time (I forget what it was). So when I asked UBid in October what was up and why no rebate check yet, here's what they said I was NOT in the eligible dates.
Since many of us keep copies of rebate forms that we send in (I was foolish, then!): anybody have a record or printout of their June 2000 auction promo's terms?
