Photographers Jacket/Vest

I was wanting to see if anyone new where I could find a deal on a photographers jacket/vest. Looking for one for my Brother for Christmas...Have looked at sports stores etc, but can't seem to find. So I was hoping my DOD family could help. Thanks for any info I can get!! Would like to pay under 100.00 if I can.
