Phooey. atnocost.com looks neat, but they are not accepting new members right now (they say they've been swamped since their launch).

There's no indication of how long they've been doing this, or when they'll take new members again.

They do offer to contact you via e-mail when they open up again -- hope I don't get spammed to kingdom come.
