Can you Special Order from Borders B&M???

Ok, I'm considering getting GC for Borders from Altavista but want to know if anyone has ever purchased special orders from them, especially any homeschool cirriculum or hooked on phonics.
I went to the BOrders I know, and the guy in there was a loser stoner who couldn't help me (and no manager around).
I am going to call around but wanted to know if anyone ordered these type of books. I certainly don't want a couple of hundred dollars of GC and find out I can't use them.

I actually interviewed for a corporate sales position at Borders (didn't take the position, pay was way too low!)......the purpose of the position is to do special orders for companies, organizations, and schools.

This was a Borders in St. Paul, MN. So, check and see if you Borders has a corporate sales representative
