Have you tried looking on ebay. Kinda risky, but as long as they have EXCELLENT feedback for jewlery and you get it inspected afterwards you should be OK. I think ebay is where I'd look for a good deal. I do know that they have TONS of diamonds rings!

I have bought rings on ebay before and the jeweler where I had them sized was very impressed with the quality. Most of them list the color and clarity, so just make sure you know what you're looking for. Miranda's right...check feedback. There are some amazing sellers on there.
