Want to share a Sam's membership?

I am thinking of joining Sam's club (in the Sacramento, CA area) since I realize it is useful to have. I'd like to split the cost of the membership with someone and if you have you own business, that would be even better because the business membership is cheaper and business members have special hours at the club.
