Cell Phone Deals without commentment?

I'm looking for the best cell phone deal without commenting to more years with any company (now have another 1 1/2 years with Cingular left). Roaming is KILLING me and I have to buy another phone to get "free roaming". If anyone knows of a great deal, please post it here. Thanks!

I have had a go phone through att for about 18 months now, I got a killer deal when it first came out (1500 any time minutes, no roaming, internet and free nights and weekends for $29.99) there plans are not as good now, but it's a great service really. No commitment and you can do it all online. My hubby has worked on and off part time for ATT for about 6 years. I like them.

They want you to buy their phone, but if you have another phone you like better, you can switch the sim cards out (very easy and takes less than 5 seconds) and use any phone you want.
