Help !! Citizen :Mens Skyhawk Eco-Drive Chronograph

I want to buy the mens watch - Citizen Mens Skyhawk Eco-Drive

The best I have found is $175 at ecost.com
but the store has really bad reviews. like no tracking # for customers' orders, bad customer service, delay in processing, annoying handling fee etc ..
so i am more than a little skeptical about ordering from this place.

I also found the same watch for $199 at Ashford.com

Can someone give me any pointers on anyother better watch sites.
or codes/ deals, just about anything
