| Wooden interior shutters..........
I am going crazy here.......are all wooden interior shutters custom made now? I remember my Mom would go and pick out a few pair and bought them home and put then up. Now you dont even see them in any stores....Home Depot wants to custom make them....my two windows are 31x59. One shutter was 239.00!!!!!!!!!!! Does anybody know where you can get shutters????

We got wood blinds for our house (LOVE THEM!), and don't remember seeing any ready-to-buy in the stores. We ordered them through [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or

We were very happy with the whole order (metal blinds, wood blinds, insulated cloth shades). They have many manufacturers and levels of quality to choose from. At the time we ordered, they had some very good coupon codes (+ ebates), but I think they tightened up on the coupon codes. I bought mine about a year ago at Home Depot. They had a few different vertical sizes, and they are adjustable horizontally. They had a choice of white or oak, and as I recall, they were roughly $50.00. They are not made of wood, however, some type of polyresin wood look alike, but really beautiful, durable and cost effective...plus they dont chip, peel or fade from the sun.
